Cancellation and changes

Please note that you can always cancel you flight via our online booking yourself, and you can also make changes to flexible flights.

Flights must be cancelled or changed no later than 2 hours before departure, after which time changes cannot be made and no refunds can be given.
It is not possible to change restrictive flights, but if you have to cancel it is always possible to obtain a refund of airport fees. You can request a refund via our online booking.

Errors

Most questions can be answered by reading "About Online Booking, but if you cannot find the answer to your query there, please contact us by e-mail. All mails are answered within 24 hours on weekdays and can be sent to the following address: websupport@airgreenland.gl

Quick Search and Expanded Search

Use our Quick Search facility to find the information you need on your flight. If you need more details, use Expanded Search.

You can book "Open Jaw" flights here. Open Jaw means that you can choose to depart from e.g. Copenhagen to Ilulissat, but travel home again from Nuuk to Copenhagen. (You arrange transport between Ilulissat and Nuuk yourself. For example, you may want to sail on this route.)
